DiMatteo Family Charitable Foundation

The DiMatteo Family Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in 2005 in Connecticut. The
Foundation was created in 2005 after Tony DiMatteo survived colon cancer. Our goal is to raise funds primarily through our annual golf tournament. These funds are distributed to various local charities. We will distribute 100% of the proceeds to charity each year and will provide the volunteers for the organization of the event thereby maximizing our gross proceeds.

Our mission is to provide funding to organizations who are dedicated to research, education, and hopefully, finding a cure for
diseases that have touched the lives of our friends, families, clients and staff, and in recent years we have expanded our
scope to include the needs of those in our community. Over the seventeen years that we have hosted the Golf Tournament, we have raised $460,000 for various local and national charities.

This year, our Committee has chosen to support the following charities through funds raised from the 18th Annual Golf Tournament: The Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley, BHcare, and the Tony DiMatteo Scholarship Fund.
